1. Click Record in the top bar. Live readings start automatically if they are off.
2. While recording, the button blinks red.
3. Click the same button again to stop and save the file.

Each row in the file has time, pressure and temperature columns. The file uses ; as the separator, so it opens directly in Excel with European regional settings.
