Calibration Test and PDF Report
Opening the test panel
Click Calibration Test in the top bar. The panel slides in from the right.
Test information
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Operator | Person performing the test |
| Reference device | Reference gauge or calibrator used |
| Tolerance | Allowed error (% of full scale), for example 0.25 |
| Samples | Number of readings averaged at each point |
Creating test points
- Generate 5 points: Creates points at 0%, 25%, 50%, 75% and 100% of the measuring range.
- Add point: Adds an empty row where you enter the reference value yourself.
- Trash can: Deletes all points.
Taking measurements
- Apply the pressure for the first point using the reference device.
- When the reading settles, click Measure on that row.
- The application takes the set number of readings and enters their average.
- Repeat for the other points.
Each row shows the measured value, the error and the error as % FS. Rows are marked PASS (green) or FAIL (red) against the tolerance. The largest error and the overall result appear below the table.
Exporting the report
- PDF Report: Creates an A4 report with device information, the test table, the result, notes and a signature field.
- CSV: Saves the test table as a file that opens in Excel.
