This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use FinansX Pro, a personal finance tracking app for iOS. FinansX Pro is designed so that your financial information stays on your device.

1. Who Is Responsible for Your Information? FinansX Pro is operated by Suathan Yiğit, an individual developer based in Türkiye, who acts as the data controller for any personal information processed in connection with the app. Email: [email protected] Website: https://suathanyigit.com

2. Information Stored on Your Device FinansX Pro does not require an account, email address or password. The information you enter is stored only in the app's local storage on your device, including: • The name you enter on first launch. • Banks, accounts, balances, currencies and income/expense records. • Credit cards (last 4 digits, limit, debt, statement and due days, card transactions). • Loans, payment plans, subscriptions, bills and recurring incomes. • Investment holdings (asset type, quantity and cost). • App settings such as notification preferences and interest/minimum payment rates. We do not operate servers or databases for the app, and this information is not sent to us or to any third party. We cannot see, access or recover it. The app never asks for full card numbers, bank passwords or online banking credentials.

3. Internet Connections FinansX Pro works offline. It connects to the internet only in the following cases:

Investment prices. If you accept the notice on the Investments page, the app requests publicly available gold, currency and cryptocurrency prices from Truncgil Finans (finans.truncgil.com) and CoinGecko (coingecko.com). These requests contain no information about you, your portfolio or your balances. Like any internet request, these providers can see your device's IP address and basic technical request data, which they process under their own policies. Prices may be delayed or inaccurate and do not constitute investment advice.

Advertising. FinansX Pro is free and supported by occasional interstitial advertisements served by Google AdMob (see Section 5).

4. Notifications If you enable reminders, the app schedules local notifications on your device for payment, credit card minimum payment, loan instalment and income dates. These notifications are created on the device; no push notification service or server is used, and no reminder content leaves your device.

5. Advertising The app displays interstitial ads at natural breaks (for example, after closing the monthly payment plan), with limits on frequency. • Ads are provided by Google AdMob (Google LLC / Google Ireland Limited). • The app requests non-personalized ads only. It does not access your device's advertising identifier (IDFA) and does not track you across other companies' apps or websites. • Your financial information, name and any data you enter in the app are never shared with Google or included in ad requests. • To serve and measure ads, prevent fraud and comply with legal requirements, Google may automatically collect information such as your IP address, device type and operating system, app information, approximate location derived from IP, and interactions with ads. This processing is governed by Google's policies: https://policies.google.com/privacy and https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites • Where required by law (for example, for users in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland), a consent form provided by Google is shown before ads are requested, and you can change your choice at any time where the option is offered.

6. Legal Bases for Processing Where Türkiye's Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK") applies, the limited data processed in connection with advertising is processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in offering the app free of charge, and on consent where consent is required. Where the GDPR applies, ads are requested on the basis of the consent collected through Google's consent form, or on the basis of legitimate interest where permitted. This Privacy Policy provides information about processing; it does not itself constitute a request for blanket consent.

7. Sharing and International Transfers We do not sell personal information and do not share your in-app financial data with anyone. Google AdMob, Truncgil Finans and CoinGecko may process the technical data described above, including outside Türkiye (for example, in the United States or the European Union), under their own privacy policies and transfer safeguards. Apple processes information relating to App Store downloads under its own privacy policy: https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/ Information may also be disclosed to competent authorities when required by applicable law; however, because we do not hold your financial data, we have none to disclose.

8. Storage and Retention Your in-app data remains on your device until you delete it. It is not synced to other devices and cannot be transferred to another device by the app. Depending on your device settings, the app's local data may be included in your device's iCloud or computer backups, which are controlled by you and Apple. Cached investment prices are stored on the device and replaced when new prices are fetched.

9. Data Deletion You can permanently delete all data at any time from within the app: Accounts tab → tap your profile icon (top right) → "Tüm verileri sıfırla" (Reset all data) → type "onaylıyorum" to confirm. This deletes all banks, accounts, records, cards, loans, payments, incomes, investments, your name and settings, and cancels all scheduled reminders. The app then returns to its first launch screen. Deleting the app from your device also removes its data. Because we do not store your data, we cannot delete or recover it on your behalf. For data processed by Google in connection with ads, please refer to Google's privacy controls.

10. Your Rights Subject to applicable law, including KVKK and, where applicable, the GDPR, you may request information about whether your personal data is processed, the purposes of processing and its recipients; request correction or deletion; object to processing; and withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal. You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, such as Türkiye's Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK). 11. Children's Privacy FinansX Pro is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Parents or guardians with questions can contact us at [email protected].

12. Security Your data is protected by your device's own security features, such as your passcode, Face ID or Touch ID. We recommend keeping your device locked and up to date.

13. Changes to This Policy We may update this Privacy Policy when the app or its data practices change. The revised policy will display an updated date. Where required, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent before introducing a new processing activity.
